Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026
This policy explains how API Deposu uses cookies and local storage.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your browser. They are used to remember your site preferences and improve your experience.
Types of Cookies We Use
• Essential Cookies: Cookies necessary for the site to function (such as theme preference, language selection). The site will not work properly without these cookies.
• Analytics Cookies: Cookies that help us understand site usage. They measure which pages are visited and how users interact with the site. These are only enabled with user consent.
Local Storage (localStorage)
The site uses your browser's local storage for the following purposes:
• Theme preference: Stores your light/dark theme selection.
• Cookie consent: Stores your cookie preference (accept all / essential only).
• API keys: API keys entered in Test Lab or minted in the portal flow may be stored locally in your browser for reuse. They are attached as headers only when you submit a test request, and the local cache is cleared on sign-out.
• Form preferences: Stores user preferences such as suggestion dismissals.
Most of this data stays in your browser; however, when you submit a test request, the necessary fields are transmitted to the relevant API server or API Deposu backend surface.
Controlling Cookies
You can accept or reject analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
Please refer to your browser's help section to change cookie settings.
Third-Party Cookies
Third-party services used for analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) may place their own cookies. These cookies are only activated after user consent and are subject to the privacy policy of the respective service.
